Physical Products: Refunds for physical products can be made within 14 days of your invoice date by submitting your request to support[at]startupremedy.com.

Digital Products: Startup Remedy does not offer refunds for digital downloaded files. File returns will only be considered based on technical issues with the file at the sole discretion of StartupRemedy.com.
